An Owner’s Representative represents the owners of a building project usually because owners often don’t have the time or expertise to oversee the technicalities of a building project. The Owner rep. works in the best interest of the owner, intervenes and advocates for the owner’s goals for the project. An Owner’s representative role can vary in engagement, starting from the initial design phase or during on-going construction.
